Castle Hills is fourth most active community
Report ranks top master planned communities based on annual starts…

Castle Hills is fourth most active community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area according to a 2013 report released by Residential Strategies Inc. The report ranked master planned communities based on annual starts. Last year Castle Hills made the number five spot, which makes this year’s ranking the highest ever. Castle Hills is home to 10,850 residents and there are roughly 2,800 homes on the ground as of March 2013. Bright & Co. Marketing handles all marketing for Castle Hills including: website, community events, public relations, realtor appreciation and incentive programs, among other things.

Article explores impact of upcoming Nebraska Furniture Mart...

The January 2013 issue of the Dallas Business Journal explores plans for Nebraska Furniture Mart to open their newest retail store in 2015 near Castle Hills in The Colony. The mega store is expected to sit on 90 acres and span 40 football fields as well as bring at least 8 million shoppers annually.

In an interview with The Dallas Business Journal, President and COO of Bright Realty, Eric Stanley said “The interest in the area has been positive since Nebraska has been getting underway with construction. This will drive traffic to the area that would not otherwise be there.” There is no doubt that this new project will aid Bright & Co. Marketing’s efforts to drive new prospects to the area.

BCM expands brand campaign for American Legend Homes
Second year of “Legends Begin at Home” campaign features actual American Legend homeowners…

Bright and Co. Marketing launched the second year of a new brand campaign for client American Legend Homes to help with name recognition and differentiation within the busy DFW new home market. With the headline “Legends Begin at Home” the ads feature special moments between families, parents and children, all centered at home.

The campaign for 2013 includes more billboards in North Dallas, digital ads and a series of ads in Frisco Style Magazine that will feature American Legend homeowners.
